STORE RETURN POLICY
* Return Policy for Electric Appliances and Other Houseware Products
We want our customers satisfied with every product they purchase at H Mart. If you wish to return electric appliances and other houseware product you purchased, please follow the instructions below before bring it to your local H Mart.
* Check Product
As mentioned, this Personal Information includes things like mailing address, demographic information, and preferences. All this information will be used by H Mart internally to study consumers¡¯ patterns and trends and to create better site contents, promotions, or other miscellaneous conditions that can serve our customers more efficiently. You may elect to be included in our email list or not.you check the product you purchased, please follow these precautions for easier return.
1. Open the box carefully minimizing damage to the packaging.
2. Do not discard anything in the package, such as manual, small parts, plastic cover, etc., and make sure the product works
as you expected.
3. Read the owner¡¯s manual which came with the product carefully and follow all safety and operating instructions to use the product.
4. Keep the receipt. Without the receipt, it is not possible to get refund or exchange at H Mart.
* Return and Exchange
Mart wants you to shop with confidence. If you return any unused product within fourteen (14) days of your purchase, H Mart may refund or exchange the product following the guidelines and procedures below.
1. If you return the product unused within fourteen (14) days of its purchase date, along with the original receipt,
H Mart will refund 100% of the purchase price.
2. If the product has been used or if the packaging has been open and in a condition that cannot be sold again,
H Mart may not be able to honor your refund or exchange request.
3. If you wish to return the appliances and other houseware products, bring it to your local H Mart with its original receipt
within fourteen (14) days of its purchase date.
4. Make sure that the package contains all its accessories and other items packaged in it. If any item is missing,
H Mart may not be able to honor your refund or exchange request.
5. If you may not be able to return to your local H Mart within fourteen (14) days of its purchase date,
call the store manager and make arrangement.
6. You will be asked to fill out a form why you decided to request a return or exchange for the product.
* Warrantees
Manufacturers provide warrantee to protect you further for the products you purchased at your local H Mart. After fourteen (14) days of purchase date, if you need the product serviced or repaired, you may have to contact the manufacturer or its service center. Even though H Mart does not refund or exchange after fourteen (14) of purchase date, we will assist you to obtain the contact information for the manufacturer of the product.

*General Return Policy

* Proper Storage and Handling of the Products
Most of the perishable goods for example fresh, frozen, or refrigerated products need to be stored and handled properly to prevent damage due to exposure. If you travel a long distance after you shop at H Mart, we advise you to use an icebox or other means to prevent damage during transportation to your home. Additionally, when you get home, please store the products properly. H Mart will not honor your return request if the product is damaged by improper handling and storing of the product after it is sold.
* Return and Exchange
Mart wants you to shop with confidence. If you have a valid reason to return the product you purchased, you may return it for refund or exchange following the guidelines and procedures below.
1. If you return the product, except those listed below, within seven (7) days of its purchase date, unused, in its original package,
along with the original receipt, H Mart will refund 100% of the purchase price or exchange the product.
2. Without original receipt, H Mart will not honor your request for refund or exchange.
3. If you may not able to bring it back to your local H Mart within seven (7) days of its purchase date,
you may call the store manager and make arrangement.
* Exceptions for Fresh, Frozen, or Refrigerated Products
Fresh, frozen, or refrigerated products, such as vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, dairy, etc., have limited shelf life under optimal storage and handling conditions.
1. You may have to return these products within twenty-four (24) hours after purchase with original receipt
2. You must store and handle the product properly until you bring it back to your local H Mart.
3. If you cannot make it back to your local H Mart within twenty-four (24) hours after purchase,
you may call the store manager and make arrangement
