H fresh is a Manhattan direct delivery service of fresh meats, produce, seafood, eggs, milk and more. Purchases made from www.hmart.com can be delivered directly to your door at any desired date.

H fresh Orders / Desired Delivery Date Selection

H fresh service requires a minimum order of $35 or more.

H fresh service desired delivery date can be selected at the end of your checkout.

H fresh Delivery Cost

H fresh requires a minimum order of $35 or more, a flat rate of $5.99 is charged for all orders.

* Orders including kimchi refrigerator will be charged a separate flat fee of $75 and it must be paid by cash to the driver at the time of delivery. Kimchi refrigerator item is not eligible for free shipping and other shipping discount offers.

H fresh Delivery

H fresh uses only official H MART trucks to make deliveries in Manhattan. (Direct shipping orders with be sent out via UPS, FedEx or USPS occasionally.)

* Kimchi refrigerator will be shipped by a third party vendor using its own truck and required 3~5 business days for processing. Delivery fee ($75) must be paid by cash to the driver at the time of delivery.

H fresh deliveries are made with only refrigerated trucks to ensure the freshness of our products, both refrigerated and frozen goods will be delivered with ice packs or dry ice to ensure the freshness.

All delivered orders must be signed for by the person who made the order, unless an office employee is able to sign for deliveries made to school dorms, apartment buildings or office buildings.

If the customer is not home or unable to receive the order made, a phone call with be made to the phone number given during the checkout process, if a same day delivery is still possible an extra service fee of $4.99 will be charged. However, if we cannot get in touch with the customer or a same day delivery isn’t possible, the order will automatically be cancelled and H fresh exchange/refund policies will take into effect.

Also, the orders can be left at a desired location or person, but lost or stolen orders/the lack of freshness will not be the responsibility of H fresh and HMART.com.

If the delivery date is not accurate the delivery times can be delayed, also if we run out of a certain item, every effort will be made to contact you about the situation immediately.

H fresh service guarantees the freshness of our fresh/refrigerated/frozen products for up to 2 hours, thus we encourage all our customers to receive their orders personally.

H fresh cares for the safety of our deliverymen, thus no orders will be delivered to any building with a broken elevator over 5 floors. They cannot wait for you to check the accuracy of your order. Please contact the Online Customer Service center with any complaints about your order.

* There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

H fresh Delivery Date

H fesh only delivers on business days (Monday ~ Friday) between the hours of 12:00PM to 10:00PM. Orders placed before 10:00AM (EST) are available for next business day. (Desired delivery date can be selected as the last step of checkout whereas delivery time cannot.)

* Order deadlines are according to business day schedules only, not Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

* There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

H fresh Delivery Limitations

H fresh can only deliver in Manhattan; no orders will be delivered to any P.O. Box address. However, if it is a P.O. Box within a school, please give us your school name and residence name and number for proper order deliveries.

H fresh Delivery Tracking

H fresh delivery does not give out Tracking Numbers. Please call the Online Customer Service for more information about your order and delivery status. Orders and estimated delivery times can be found on [Your Account] -> Order Information and Order Status.

H fresh Delivery Address Changes

Delivery address changes cannot be made on the order day or the delivery date. However, delivery address changes can be made on the order day or the delivery date with an extra $4.99 fee. If an order cannot be delivered to the changed address, H fresh exchange/refund policies will take into effect.

H fresh Ordered Item Changes

Items ordered can be changed before 10AM (EST) on the order day or the desired delivery date. However, your order can be delayed while your items are being prepared.

H fresh Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can be made before 10AM (EST) on the order day or the desired delivery date. However, if a cancellation is made after 10AM (EST), H fresh exchange/refund policies will take into effect.

Order changes or cancellations can be made by calling the Online Customer Service center.

H fresh Exchange/Refund

Please call the Online Customer Service center within 24 hours if you would like or desire an exchange or refund to your order.

Unless there are product damages or defects, item pick up cannot occur on the same day. Customer fault, a change of heart product exchanges/refund item return charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made with tracking information from UPS, FedEx or USPS. Lost or stolen exchange/refund items will not be the responsibility of H fresh and HMART.com

If the product is returned not properly package or in its original packaging, changed products will not be eligible for exchange and full refunds.

Cases in which exchanges/returns/refunds will not be possible after delivery

(1) 14 days after the delivery was made
(2) Kimchi refrigerator/Phone Cards
(3) Refrigerated/Frozen Goods
(4) Meat, Seafood, Produce or Fresh products
(5) Cooked food or rice cakes
(6) Flowers
(7) Products with signs of usage or damages

Order cancellations:

Orders not received or orders cancelled cannot be processed for a refund for Items (3),(4),(5),(6).

Orders being delivered cannot be processed for a refund for Items (3),(4),(5),(6) when cancelled.

Hmart.com (online) orders cannot be exchanged or refunded at any of our Hmart store locations. Also, Hmart store purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded at Hmart.com (online).

However, orders miss-delivered, damaged or defected can be exchanged 100% or refunded. You must contact our Online Customer Service Center immediately for a full exchange or refund.

H fresh Exchange Period

After the returned item is checked, the exchange will be processed. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method as it was previously ordered. After refunds are processed, it may take up to 2 to 3 business days before it may show up on your credit card or bank system.
