I love this brand's gochugaru as the color is bright red and it is so fresh. I always have that in my pantry as I regularly make kimchi. I put them in so many other dishes and stews as well and they make the dish taste so much better and give it a vibrant red color which is so appetizing to me. They are spicy with a zing and freshness. I highly recommend!
