Creamy good stuff over Savory pork belly with a spicy kick! Tastes as good as it looks!
1LB Pork belly
5tbsp Teriyaki sauce or Worcester sauce
1cup Alfredo sauce
Salt and pepper
Colby jack or cheddar cheese
garnish : crushed pepper, parsley, Jalapeno pickles
1. Slice potato thin. Rinse in cold water and pat dry. Grill them over low heat both sides. Set aside.
2. Cut pork belly into bite size. Grill them over medium high heat. salt and pepper to taste, flip and repeat. Mix teriyaki sauce and water and pour it onto the pork. Cook for until it’s completely cooked.
3. Place potatoes on a plate in circular shape. Pour your favorite alfredo sauce in the center. If the sauce is too thick, add some milk and boil for a bit to make watery texture. Place pork on the top of the sauce and garnish with Jalapeno pickles, crushed pepper, parsley along it. Grate cheese on top! torch as needed!
