HTC_새우만두900_01Ingredients (serving 15ea) 15ea Dumpling wrappers 25ea Shrimp (tail-on) 1cup kimchi (aged kimchi is preferred) 1/2cup garlic chive 1/2ea onion 1tbsp mirin 1/2 minced garlic 1/2 sesame oil 2tbsp oyster sauce Salt and pepper   HTC_새우만두900_03 1. Chop chive, onion and kimchi into small pieces. Squeeze kimchi to get kimchi juice out. Devein shrimp and mirin, salt and pepper to taste. Chop 10ea shrimp for filing.
