1. JOB OPENING

- Hiring process takes place whenever it is necessary through job advertisement.

2. MATERIAL REVIEW

- Review the applicant’s qualification based on the submiteted materials.
- Only selected candidates for further consideration will be contacted.

3. INTERVIEW (DEPARTMENT/MANAGEMENT TEAM)

- Interview is held to assess candidate’s qualifications and fit to Hmart.

4. JOB OFFER

- Final candidate who passed all interviews will be announced individually.
