Items that are not refundable:
- Items more than 14 days after delivery
- Refrigerated Items
- Fresh Items (Fruits)
- Items that has signs of use
- Damaged or Defective Items (If the original item is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive credit for these items)
*If the package returns to us due to your absence, there will be a charge of $11.98 for the return fee. Also, we discard the refrigerated or frozen food and any amount of the refrigerated or frozen products will not be refunded.
