1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup chopped onion, carrot, zucchini, ham
3 cups cooked rice
Rice seasoning : 1/2 tbsp salt, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sesame seeds
Coloring : 1/2 cup roasted seaweed, 3 boiled egg yolks, 1/4 cup parsley flakes
1. Chop vegetables & ham in small pieces. Stir-fry them over medium heat until carrot gets soft.
2. Place 2.5 ~ 3 cups steamed rice in a mixing bowl, season with salt, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix them well. Then add stir-fried ingredients into the rice, mix them again.
3. Use a spoon or scoop, take 3 tbsp or 1scoop of the mixture and shape into balls evenly.
4. It’s time to get color! Crush some roasted seaweed, use a fork to mash and break egg yolks into finely crumbled pieces, place some parsley flakes. These three not only have color, but also taste great with seasoned rice! Roll rice balls into the each ingredient.
