1 lb Thin Sliced Ribeye Roll
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ Sweet Onions, sliced
8 slices Provolone Cheese
4 Hoagie Rolls
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 tbsp Mayonnaise, per a sandwich
½ Green Paprika, sliced
2 Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Salt, to taste

Bulgogi Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
½ tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
½ tbsp Mirin
