2 cups Brown Rice Cakes, sliced
3 tbsp Avocado Oil
½ cup Onions, sliced
1 cup Carrot, julienned 2.5” long
½ tsp Pink Salt
1 cup Grey Squash, julienned 2.5” long
1 cup Radish, julienned 2.5” long
1/3 cup Scallion, white parts only, chopped
2 cups Black Oyster Mushroom
1/3 cup Perilla Seeds Powder
5 cups Water
¼ cup Sliced Dried Shiitake Mushroom, soaked in water for 10 minutes
¼ cup Shiitake Mushroom Water
Sea Salt, as needed
