Chewy noodles with savory Jajang sauce! The black bean flavor will dance in your tummy.
5-6oz Pork shoulder
Jajang Sauce : Chunjang(Korean black bean paste) 4tbsp, sugar 2tbsp, sake 2tbsp
Optional : Cucumber, pea (for garnish)
1. Chop pork and vegetables into cubes. Heat up a pan and add black bean sauce ingredients. Stir it well until it’s blended all together. That’s your irresistible jajang sauce.
2. On the other pan, add generous amount of vegetable oil, minced ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry until meat is almost cooked, then add the jajang sauce we made before. Stir-fry for 5 more minutes and mix well. Mix 2 tbsp starch with 2 tbsp of water. Add the starch water into jajang sauce, stir 2 to 3 more minutes. When you see thick consistency, it’s done!
3. Prepare noodles following the direction of the package. Pour the sauce on the noodles. Garnish with sliced cucumber and peas! Take your time for a quick photo shoot, then mix well. Enjoy!
