Korean Spicy Pork / 제육볶음
200 g Sliced Pork (Pork Belly and Shoulder) 제육고기
50 g Onion 양파
1 tsp Garlic, chopped, 다진마늘
50 g Cabbage, 양배추
30 g Zucchini, sliced, 애호박
30 g Long hot chili, sliced, 고추
30 g Green onion, 파
2 tbsp Sake, 청주
1 tsp Sesame oil, 참기름
1 pinch Black pepper, 후추
1 pinch Salt, 소금
1 pinch Sesame Seeds, 통깨
Marinate sauce (제육소스):
1qt Korean Chili Paste, 고추장
1 cup Korean Chili powder, 굵은 고추가루
1 cup Korean Chili Powder (fine), 고운 고추가루
1 pt Soy sauce, 간장
1 pt Corn Syrup, 맥아물엿
1 pt Sugar, 설탕
2 Apples, 사과
1 Onion, 양파
1 cup Sesame Oil, 참기름
1 cup Garlic Powder, 마늘가루
1 tbsp Lemon juice or vinegar, 레몬즙 혹은 식초
½ cup Water, 물
1. Puree apple and onion with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar and a half cup
of water in a blender. Put them all in a mixing bowl and whisk well until all
ingredients are mixed well and sugar melted into the sauce.
Then marinate sliced pork with the sauce.
2. Put a sauté pan on fire and add enough oil. Sauté onion and garlic first to get a
nice aroma with sauté pan. Add cabbage, zucchini, and chili and season with salt pepper.
3. Add marinated pork and put sake. Cook it until all the meat is properly cooked.
4. Finish with green onion, sesame oil and sesame seeds!
