Can’t do spicy but in love with it? Mix with soft & creamy potato sauce. You can easily conquer the noodles without burning your tongue.
Ingredients(serving size: 2)
2 steamed potatoes
5oz heavy cream
2 Korean spicy instant noodles (Buldak Bokeum Ramen)
1. In a mixer, blend steamed potato, heavy cream, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until you get smooth texture.
2. Boil water and cook only noodles. Drain water. On a pan over medium heat, mix everything in packages with cooked noodles.
3. Put the ramen in a bowl. Put potato cream mixture in a cake icer bag. Choose any cake decorating tube for the fun texture. Squeeze the mixture into a spiral shape to cover the surface.
4. Garnish with parsley in the middle. Mix the potato mixture with the noodles. Enjoy!
