Ingredients(serving size: 2)
1cup slices of kimchi
2 slices of cheese
3tbsp Vegetable oil
Pinch of salt
1. Crack eggs into a bowl with a pinch of salt. Mix well with a fork. Squeeze kimchi to remove its juice, and slice them.
2. Heat your pan over medium heat with 3tbsp cooking oil. Pour beaten eggs. When it’s half way cooked, add kimchi and cheese.
3. Roll the egg carefully and push to the side. Pour rest of the egg. When the rest of the egg is cooked, roll again.
4. Garnish with scallion and sesame seeds. Serve immediately. Enjoy with ketchup or your favorite sauce!
