Refresh tired curry in a hurry. And your friends and family will thank you.
Ingredients (serving 2)
4 ounces beef (or pork or chicken, sliced in cubes)
Two blocks of instant curry roux (use a couple more cubes for a thicker sauce)
2 cups water
1/2 milk or cream (optional)
4 servings of cooked rice
Garnish :corns, parsley
1. Cut the meat and veggies into cubes or make a shape for extra décor! Heat a pot with a tablespoon of oil. Add the meat and veggies, stir-fry until they are half cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Add water into the pot. Bring it to a boil, and continue to boil for about 10 minutes until meat is cooked and veggies are soft. Add milk or cream if you’d like to add creamy taste!
3. Make cute animal rice! It’s a small touch but make s a big difference!
4. Pour curry around the rice. Garnish with colorful toppings and nori for the face! Too pretty to eat, right? Enjoy!
