2 tbsp White Vinegar
6 cups Water, to clean
10 cups Water, to steam
2 tbsp Honey
3 Dried Jujubes, sliced
2 2-inch long Cinnamon Sticks
1/2 oz Ginger, sliced
15 Peppercorns
Pine Nuts
Pumpkin Seeds, unsalted
