Ingredients
8 sheets, Yaki Sushi Nori
½ oz Cucumber, trimmed and cut into ¾ inch thick strips
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 Eggs, beaten
4 oz Kimbap Ham, cut into ½ inch thick strips
5 ½ oz Carrot, thinly shredded
4 oz Imitation Crab Meat
4 oz Yellow Pickled Radish Strip for Kimbap
2 oz Seasoned Burdock Strip for Kimbap
8 Sesame Leaves
Salt

Kimbap Rice
2.3 lb Cooked Rice
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
Salt, to taste

Mayo Tuna
8 oz Canned Tuna
5 tbsp Mayonnaise

Spinach Muchim
⅓ bunch Spinach, trimmed and rinsed
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil

Seasoned Fish Cake Strips
2 ½ oz Fishcake Sheet, cut into 1 inch thick strips
1 tbsp Green Plum Syrup
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oligo Syrup
