Ingredients
3 ½ oz Korean Glass Noodles
2 Dried Kelps, 2” x 2” cut
½ oz Dried Shiitake Mushroom, sliced
3 cups Water, room-temperature
3 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 ½ tbsp Scallion
½ Onion, sliced
2 oz Carrot, thinly julienned
3 ½ oz Oyster Mushroom
2 oz Chive, cut to 2” long
1 ½ oz Spinach, cut to 2” long
Salt, to taste

Sauce
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Pepper Powder, to taste
3 tbsp Minced Garlic

Garnish
Red Chili Pepper, sliced
Roasted Sesame Seeds
