Seafood Chive Pancake / 해물 부추전

These Korean pancakes are made with an array of seafood, garlic powder, chives and chili peppers! The texture and taste is what makes this one of Korea’s favorite ways of eating them. Bite into the crisp of your new favorite dish!

180 g Korean Pancake Mix
1 Egg Yolk
1½ tbsp Garlic Powder
1 cup Cold Water
85 g Korean Chives, cut into 2-inch pieces
20 g Red Chili Peppers, chopped
¾ cup Tong Tong Bay Seafood Mix, thawed
1 tbsp Cooking Oil

2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
½ tbsp Sesame Seeds

Red Chili Peppers, sliced
Green Chili Peppers, sliced
