Spicy & Non-Spicy Bean Sprout Salad / 콩나물 무침

Take full advantage of one of the most popular ingredients in Korean cuisine: bean sprouts! Here’s two different ways to enjoy it as banchan but there’s so many other ways to pair it with dishes ranging from Korean BBQ to bibimbap to noodles to stews!

340 g Soybean Sprouts, washed and trimmed
35 g Carrots, julienned
35 g Scallions, chopped
1 tsp Sea Salt

½ tbsp Soup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Cane Sugar
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
½ tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
5 g Red Chili Pepper, sliced
5 g Green Chili Pepper, sliced
