2serving Chinese noodles
2tbsp Chili oil
1tbsp Ginger, chopped
1/4cup Pork, sliced thinly
1ea Red pepper, sliced
1stem Scallion, sliced
1/2ea Carrot, sliced
1/2ea Onion, sliced
4ea Bok choy, sliced
1.5tbsp Soy sauce
4cups Chicken stock
Seafood : 3ea Shrimp, 5-10ea Mussel, 1/4cup Sliced squid, 3-5ea Webfoot octopus
Salt and pepper
1. Marinate sliced pork with 1/2tbsp of soy sauce and 1tbsp of sake. Set aside.
2. Heat up a pan and with chili oil, add in red pepper, ginger and pork, stir-fry for 1-2minutes. Then add scallion, onion, bok choy, carrot, 1tbsp soy sauce and 1tbsp sake. Keep stirring.
3. Pour chicken stock and when it’s boiling, add seafood. Salt and pepper to taste. Boil until seafood is cooked. In the meantime, cook noodles and rinse in cold water, drain, Place in a bowl.
4. Pour the soup onto noodles. Serve immediately. Enjoy the hotness of rich and flavorful soup!
