2 tbsp Korean Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Brown Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp Sake
1 1/2 tbsp Gochujang
2 Bay Leaves
5 1/2 cups Water
1/3 tbsp Neutral Oil
1/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2-3 Ginger, sliced
5-6 Garlic Cloves
1-2 Dehydrated Shiitake Mushrooms
1/4 tsp Black Peppercorn, whole
