4-5 Idaho Potatoes, cut into ½ inch thick slices and soaked in cold water
4 ⅛ oz Kimchi, chopped
⅜ oz Garlic, minced
1 Medium Onion, thinly sliced and soaked in cold water
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 ½ tbsp Corn Starch
1 ½ tbsp Water
2 ⅛ oz Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Bulgogi Sauce
4 cups Cooking Oil

Blanching Potatoes
2 L Water
10 g Salt

Garnish
Mayonnaise
Scallion, chopped
