Indulge yourself with rich, soft, and delicious gratin. The tofu and kimchi give this gratin lot of volume!
Ingredients(serving size: 3)
2 packs silky tofu
1/2cup ground pork
1cup mozzarella cheese
Sauce: 1 1/2cup tomato sauce, salt&pepper
1. Over a high-medium heat pan, stir-fry ground pork with salt and pepper. Make sure you break them into small pieces as you cook. Put chopped onion, kimchi, and tomato sauce. Cook until the water evaporates and the mixture become thicker.
2. On an oven-safe bowl, place silken tofu. Make sure the height of tofu is shorter than the height of the bowl. Spread sauce mixture over the tofu and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Cheese lover, rejoice!
3. Place the bowl in the oven on 400F for 7 mins or until cheese melts completely.
4. Serve warm!
