The yeolmu kimchi is the kind that uses only the leaves and stalks of a radish. Add this into your bowl of spicy mixed cold noodles for extra taste and extra crunch!

4 oz Young Radish Kimchi, chopped
4 ½ oz Somen Noodles
3 oz Cucumber, thinly sliced
½ Hard Boiled Egg
4 cups Water

3 tbsp Young Radish Kimchi Soup
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Gochugaru
3 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Green Plum Syrup
2 tbsp Oligo Syrup
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
4 tbsp Gochujang
Sesame Seeds
